Guidelines for Obtaining a Transfer Certificate

No Due Certificate

  • The student must clear all dues related to school fees, library books, and any other pending payments.
  • A No Due Certificate must be obtained from the Accounts Office and other relevant departments.

Application for Transfer Certificate

  • Parents or guardians must submit a written application requesting a Transfer Certificate.
  • The application must include student details, reason for transfer, and required documentation.

Conduct Certificate

  • The school will issue a Conduct Certificate based on the student’s behavior and discipline record during their tenure at KKMHSS.

Additional Notes

  • The T.C. request will be processed only after verification of all documents and clearance of dues.
  • The certificate will be issued within a specified time frame, as informed by the school office.
  • Parents or guardians will be notified once the Transfer Certificate is ready for collection.
