Admission Process

Application and Counseling

  • Admissions are open to students from recognized schools.
  • Prospective students and their parents must attend a counseling session, where the student’s academic and personal background will be reviewed.
  • During counseling, we assess whether the student aligns with the academic standards and values upheld by KKMHSS.
  • This process ensures that the student will benefit from and contribute to our school community.

Required Documentation

  • Transfer Certificate (T.C.): Students transferring from other recognized institutions must submit a Transfer Certificate from their previous school.
  • Community Certificate: A Xerox copy of the Community Certificate is required for record-keeping and eligibility verification.
  • Birth Certificate & Aadhar Card: A Xerox copy of the Birth Certificate and Aadhar Card must be provided to verify the student’s age.

Confirmation of Admission

  • Once the counseling process is successfully completed and all necessary documents are submitted, the admission will be confirmed.
  • Parents will receive *further instructions* regarding:
    • School policies
    • Fee structure
    • Orientation sessions
  • At KKMHSS, we aim to make the admission process smooth and transparent for all applicants.
  • We believe that every child has the potential to excel, and our admission criteria are designed to identify and nurture that potential from the very beginning.
