Monitoring Homework & School Diary
- Parents should check the school diary daily to stay informed about assignments and homework.
- They should assist their children in completing homework on time to ensure their academic growth.
Participation in Parent-Teacher Meetings
- Parents should visit the school whenever requested by the Principal or Class Teacher to discuss their child’s progress or any concerns.
- A Parents-Teachers Meeting is organized once every term. It is mandatory for parents to attend, meet the concerned teachers, and collect the report card from the class teacher.
Regular Communication with Teachers & Principal
- Parents are encouraged to meet the Principal and concerned teachers frequently to stay updated on their child’s academic and personal progress.
- They should check the report card regularly, sign it within three days, and return it promptly.
- Answer papers must be signed and returned the next day to ensure proper evaluation and feedback.
By following these guidelines, parents can play an active role in their child’s education and development.
