To instill *team spirit, leadership, and a sense of healthy competition, KKMHSS follows a **House System* where students are divided into four houses named after *great personalities* who have made significant contributions to society.

Houses & Their Significance

Ms Swaminathan House

  • Named after Dr. M.S. Swaminathan, the Father of the Green Revolution in India.
  • Represents agriculture, sustainability, and scientific progress.
  • Encourages students to focus on innovation, problem-solving, and environmental responsibility.

Mother Teresa House

  • Inspired by Mother Teresa, a Nobel Laureate known for her selfless service and compassion.
  • Symbolizes humanity, kindness, and dedication to helping others.
  • Encourages students to participate in social service activities and develop a caring attitude.

Homi J. Bhabha House

  • Named after Dr. Homi J. Bhabha, the pioneer of nuclear physics in India.
  • Represents scientific curiosity, intelligence, and technological advancement.
  • Encourages students to excel in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) fields.

Shakuntala Devi House

  • Inspired by Shakuntala Devi, famously known as the "Human Computer".
  • Stands for mathematical brilliance, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking.
  • Encourages students to develop a strong foundation in mathematics and problem-solving skills.
